Entrepreneur, CEO, devoted father, and now aspiring TV and Film Director, meet Charles D. Murray III, Businessman Extraordinaire! His life’s journey is the epitome of determination, resilience, and redemption. His faith in God, hard work, and relentless determination continues to shape his story. 

  Born and raised in the heart of Detroit MI, Charles’s struggle became his testimony. Realizing his comedic talents and sharp wit at an early age, he developed a passion for the entertainment industry and entered the comedy arena, working with many nationally acclaimed comedic icons who appeared on HBO’s, Def Comedy Jam and long-time running BET’s Comic View. A firm foundation, hard work and perseverance would become the springboard to his future success. Ironically, he soon discovered other hidden passions along the way.

Murray’s keen business sense, education, and fierce talent positioned him for the next level. His producer/promoter skills propelled him, exposing his talents in front of the camera as well as behind it. Owner and CEO of Murray Productions, Charles produced his first freshmen urban film, “The Worst Weekend Ever” in 2019.  His acting abilities landed him a role in the play “Danger at My Door”, written and directed by none other than the legendary God Father of Gospel Stage Plays, Michael Matthews. With a mutual love for TV and Film, Murray and Matthews teamed up and together the dynamic duo collaborated to produce a new and exciting project made for TV and Film, “Fake Friends”. With experience and passion under his belt, Charles has gone on to produce the exciting new drama, “Confessions”, with many more projects on the horizon that are sure to take the entertainment industry by storm!
